Harry Frederick Schuh Sr. 70, of Memphis, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, May 21, 2013. He was born September 25, 1942 in Philadelphia, Pa. where he was a graduate from Neshaminy High School in Bucks County, PA. A legendary football athlete, Harry played for Memphis State University where he was an All American. He played professional football for the Oakland Raiders playing in Super Bowl II, and played for the Los Angeles Rams and Green Bay Packers. He leaves his loving wife of 50 years, Joyce Lyons Schuh and is survived by 3 children: Susanne Pettit (, Chris) of Memphis, Sally Hiatt (Robert) of Memphis and Harry Schuh Jr. (Lesley) of Oakland, TN. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren: Stephen Schuh, Hunter Hiatt, Elizabeth and Mary Catherine Pettit, Ava and Emma Schuh. He leaves one sister: Sandra Schuh Schultz of West Virginia and 4 nephews: Paul Jr, Matthew, Luke and Mark Schultz including 12 great nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Saturday, May 25 at The Church of The Holy Spirit (2300 Hickory Crest) from 10:00 am-12:00 Noon with the Mass of the Resurrection beginning at noon. Burial will follow in Memphis Memory Gardens
At the family's request, memorials should be directed to Birthright of Memphis or the University of Memphis General Athletic Scholarship Fund.
